SHIATSU

Shiatsu is Japanese, but originally Chinese finger pressure therapy. Shi means “finger” and atsu means “pressure”.

Shiatsu is a calm therapy that gradually exerts pressure with fingers and hands on certain meridians of the body. Shiatsu is a purely holistic therapy, focusing on physical, mental and emotional aspects.
